Does this feel familiar?
You don't need a crisis to come in. If a few of these sound like your house, a conversation may help.
You talk about logistics and not much else
The same argument keeps coming back, with new details
You feel more like co-workers than partners
One of you has stopped bringing things up
A big change, like retirement or an empty house, has shifted your roles
You want to feel close again and don't know who should go first

What We Offer
Services shaped around your story
Most sessions are for two. Some partners also want time of their own, and that is part of the work too.
Couples Therapy
For partners who share a long history. Sessions look at how the two of you talk, argue and repair, and make room for what each person needs to say.

Reconnecting After Years Together
Long relationships settle into routines, and routines can crowd out each other. Sessions look at the habits you have built and what each of you misses.

Individual Sessions
One-on-one sessions for a partner who wants time of their own, or anyone thinking through a change. Eunji draws on CBT, psychodynamic work and mindfulness, shaped around the person in the room.

EMDR and Somatic Work
For a partner who wants to work with a painful memory. EMDR and somatic approaches are paced with you, and nothing starts before you are ready.

Life Transitions Together
Retirement, an empty house, a move, a parent's illness. Big changes shift the roles a couple has settled into, and they deserve time to talk through.

Our Philosophy
What guides our work
Therapy is not a set of techniques applied to a problem. It is a conversation between people, and the quality of that conversation matters.

Radical Presence
We show up fully, with warmth and undivided attention, and without hiding behind clinical distance.

Embodied Safety
Feelings show up in the body as well as in words. We make room for thoughts, feelings and sensations alike.

Growth at Your Pace
Your clinician sets the pace with you. There is no schedule you are behind on.

How It Works
Your journey with us
From first message to regular sessions, each step is meant to be clear and unhurried.
- 01
Step 1: Reach Out
Send a message or call. Eunji replies on the next business day with a few times for a short call.
- 02
Step 2: A 15-Minute Fit Call
A 15-minute call to ask questions and see whether Glen is the right fit. The call is about fit. It is not therapy, an evaluation or an assessment.
- 03
Step 3: First Session
We begin where you are, with both of you in the room. You do not need to share everything at once.
- 04
Step 4: Finding a Rhythm
Many couples start weekly or every other week. Your clinician sets the pace with you, and you review it together.
Common Questions
What you might be wondering
Short answers to what couples ask before they book.
01How do we know couples therapy is right for us?
If you are asking, something matters to you. You don't need to be in crisis. Many couples come in because the quiet has become hard to live with.
02What does a first session look like?
You and your partner talk with Eunji about what you each want from the work and what pace feels right. You do not need to share everything at once.
03Do you accept insurance?
Glen is out of network with insurance plans, so you pay the practice directly and can ask your plan to reimburse you. We send a monthly receipt, called a superbill, that you can submit to your plan, which decides whether to pay you back. If you pay without insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before you start.
