Our Services

Each service is a way of meeting you where you are, and your clinician sets the pace with you.

  • A young couple sit on a sofa listening to an older woman in a rattan chair in a plant-filled room

    Couples Therapy

For partners who share a long history. Sessions look at how the two of you talk, argue and repair, and make room for what each person needs to say.

    • How you talk, and how you argue

    • Trust after a breach

    • Closeness and intimacy

    • Gottman Method tools

  • A woman in a hoodie stands and gestures while talking with a seated woman in a bright living room

    Reconnecting After Years Together

Long relationships settle into routines, and routines can crowd out each other. Sessions look at the habits you have built and what each of you misses.

    • The same argument, again

    • Roles that set over time

    • Closeness after years of routine

    • Time that is just for the two of you

  • A white armchair and a palm plant in a lounge with dark wooden cabinets

    Individual Sessions

One-on-one sessions for a partner who wants time of their own, or anyone thinking through a change. Eunji draws on CBT, psychodynamic work and mindfulness, shaped around the person in the room.

    • Time to think things through

    • Mindfulness practices

    • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

    • Psychodynamic therapy

  • A woman in a blue shirt writes on a clipboard while a client, seen from behind, sits facing her

    EMDR and Somatic Work

For a partner who wants to work with a painful memory. EMDR and somatic approaches are paced with you, and nothing starts before you are ready.

    • EMDR, introduced step by step

    • Somatic Experiencing (SE) approaches

    • Grounding skills to start with

  • A man in a light blue shirt sits in a teal wingback armchair holding a notebook

    Life Transitions Together

Retirement, an empty house, a move, a parent's illness. Big changes shift the roles a couple has settled into, and they deserve time to talk through.

    • Retirement and changing roles

    • An empty house after children leave

    • Moving, or caring for a parent

    • Loss and grief

  • A man and a woman talk in facing armchairs between two potted plants in a white room

    Premarital and Recommitment Sessions

For couples about to marry, and for couples who want to renew their commitment after many years. Sessions cover what each of you expects from the years ahead.

    • Expectations for the years ahead

    • Money, family and time

    • Talking about what comes next

How It Works

Your journey with us

From first message to regular sessions, each step is meant to be clear and unhurried.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Reach Out

Send a message or call. Eunji replies on the next business day with a few times for a short call.

  2. 02

    Step 2: A 15-Minute Fit Call

A 15-minute call to ask questions and see whether Glen is the right fit. The call is about fit. It is not therapy, an evaluation or an assessment.

  3. 03

    Step 3: First Session

We begin where you are, with both of you in the room. You do not need to share everything at once.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Finding a Rhythm

Many couples start weekly or every other week. Your clinician sets the pace with you, and you review it together.
