How fees work
Insurance we work with
Glen is out of network, which means you pay the practice directly and your plan may reimburse part of the cost. We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid. If you need a clinician who does, say so and we will help you find one.

If you pay yourself
Eunji gives you the fee for a session in writing before you book, so the first day holds no surprise. A few reduced-fee sessions are held open; ask when you write. HSA and FSA cards can be used for sessions, and we ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or move one.

Receipts for reimbursement
At the end of each month we send an itemized receipt, called a superbill, that you can submit to your plan. It lists a diagnosis code, which your insurer will see. Whether your plan pays you back, and how much, is the plan's decision.
An estimate in advance
If you pay without insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost before you start, and Glen gives you one in writing. If a bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it. The estimate is not a contract.
Checking your benefits
Before the first session we can go through your plan's out-of-network benefits with you and tell you what to ask. No one can promise what a plan will pay.
